Custom software
Software shaped around how your business actually works — not the other way round.
- Web apps, internal tools & dashboards
- APIs, platforms & integrations
- Designed, built and deployed end to end
I build custom software, fix and improve the systems you already run, and put AI to work where it saves real hours. One senior engineer, from first call to production.
Software shaped around how your business actually works — not the other way round.
The system you already run, made fast, stable and safe to change again.
AI pointed at the repetitive work that quietly eats your week.
I find the repetitive work in your day, automate it with the right model — cloud or private — and teach your people to get more out of the AI they already use.
Find the handful of tasks where AI pays off, and put it to work there first.
Leading cloud models where they are the best tool, private models on your own servers where data cannot leave — usually a mix of both.
Hands-on sessions for developers and non-technical staff — including getting far more out of the AI you already pay for.
Thirty minutes on the problem, the constraints and the deadline.
A written plan with a fixed price for the first milestone.
Working software every week, so you always see where it stands.
Deployed, documented and yours — with support if you want it.
No handovers, no account managers, no juniors learning on your budget. One standard: software I would be happy to run myself.
Every line is written and reviewed by a senior engineer. Nothing ships that I would not run in my own production.
Maintainable, documented and readable years from now — not just fast to demo.
Progress you can follow without a translator, and honest answers when something is harder than expected.
On-premise AI and strict data handling keep sensitive information where it belongs.
I ship production software, repair and modernise systems that have stopped keeping up, and set up AI — cloud or private models on your own hardware — so sensitive data never leaves your walls.
Custom web applications, internal tools, APIs and integrations; rescuing or improving software that already exists; and automating repetitive work with AI. From a focused two-week fix to a multi-month build.
Yes — it is a large part of the work. An audit first, then a prioritised plan covering the bugs, bottlenecks and risks, then fixes shipped in small, reviewable steps.
After a short discovery call you get a fixed scope and a fixed price for the first milestone — no open-ended hourly meter. Longer engagements run as monthly blocks you can stop at any point.
Whichever fits the job. Leading cloud models are the strongest and cheapest option for most tasks; where data cannot leave your network, capable models run on your own infrastructure instead. Many setups use both, and I can also train you to get more out of the AI tools you already pay for. NDAs are standard.
