What kind of projects do you take on?
Custom web applications, internal tools, APIs and integrations; rescuing or improving software that already exists; and automating repetitive work with AI. From a focused two-week fix to a multi-month build.
Can you take over a codebase somebody else wrote?
Yes — it is a large part of the work. An audit first, then a prioritised plan covering the bugs, bottlenecks and risks, then fixes shipped in small, reviewable steps.
How does pricing work?
After a short discovery call you get a fixed scope and a fixed price for the first milestone — no open-ended hourly meter. Longer engagements run as monthly blocks you can stop at any point.
Cloud AI or private models?
Whichever fits the job. Leading cloud models are the strongest and cheapest option for most tasks; where data cannot leave your network, capable models run on your own infrastructure instead. Many setups use both, and I can also train you to get more out of the AI tools you already pay for. NDAs are standard.
